ABOUT

Lioba Steinkamp was born in Germany (1972) and moved to The Netherlands in 1998 to study contemporary art, film and architecture at the AKI, Enschede. Afterwards she did her master degree at the Rietveld Academy (Sandberg Institute) in Amsterdam. In her work she mainly focussed on the interface between spaces and the psychology of the people who inhabit those spaces. This led Lioba to study interior design and Feng Shui and ultimately, homeopathy.

Lioba has studied with various international Feng Shui teachers such as Karen Kingston, at the DFSI Institute in Germany, the Dirah Institute in The Netherlands and several other schools and opened her own consultancy praxis BalancingWalls in 2005.

In order to deepen her understanding of the human condition and the psychology of dis-ease, Lioba lived, meditated and worked with a teacher in Australia and The USA between 2005 - 2008. Upon her return she started teaching Feng Shui in private settings and continued to grow her Feng Shui consultancy. Meanwhile she started attending homeopathic seminars and workshops and decided in 2011 to study homeopathy to become a certified classical homeopath.

Lioba studied classical and contemporary (Sensation) homeopathy with Misha Norland at the SoH in Stroud, UK. In 2015 she graduated successfully as a classical homeopath. Learning about the various methods of homeopathy and Sensation method has become an integral part in Lioba's understanding of healing on a holistic level. She regularly follows seminars and conferences with internationally renowned homeopaths and teachers such as Misha Norland, Rajan Sankaran, Massimo Mangialavori, Bill Rumble, Jeremy Sherr, Alize Timmerman, amongst many others.
